Access for certifying bodies
Certifying or accrediting bodies seeking to audit or accredit in or close to Banedanmark’s railway infrastructure, especially in areas off-limits to the general public, are required to obtain explicit written permission from Banedanmark beforehand.
To apply for a permit, the application form must be completed (Form in Danish)and submitted to arealer@bane.dk.
The permit is valid for 12 months at a time, and the permit gives access to the entire railway infrastructure of Banedanmark. Please note there may be special access conditions associated with the individual parts of the infrastructure, this requires a special permit.
There are a number of conditions that must be met in order for the permit to be maintained, including the requirement that the course "On-track safety" has been passed (valid id card). The conditions are set out in Appendix 1 of the application form.
The certifying body/accrediting body must be able to document that they have a valid permit when they are on Banedanmark's infrastructure. This applies to areas where there is no public access.
