Course Registration

If you want to attend a course with Banedanmark, please contact your employer’s course contact. If you are unsure whether you have a course contact at your employer, you can always write to bdkuddannelser@bane.dk to check.

If your company does not have a course contact, you can apply through Banedanmark. 

Registering for courses as a course contact
It is the course contact who adds employees and enrolls them for courses and training via Banedanmark’s course portal. This also includes uploading the documentation required for participating in the respective courses and training. On the course portal there are guides on how to register and deregister employees, upload photos and documentation, etc.

Becoming a course contact
To be set up as a course contact with Banedanmark, the person who wishes to become the contact must complete and sign a sworn declaration and electronically submit this to bdkuddannelser@bane.dk, or post it to Banedanmarks Uddannelsescenter, Godsbanevej 2, 4100 Ringsted, Denmark.

Once the sworn declaration has been received, a username, password and instructions will be sent to the new course contact within five working days.

Please note that your CPR number needs to be provided when registering as a course contact. Banedanmark obtains CPR numbers for everyone registered in Banedanmark’s course system. This is to ensure the unique identification of those participating in the courses who receive certificates of completion and qualifications, and to manage course participation. This data is solely stored in Banedanmark’s course system, which is access restricted so that only people with a legitimate purpose have access to the data, in accordance with §11 of the Act on Processing of Personal Data.
